The Glen
The Glen Bed and Breakfast is situated 6 miles north of Carlisle in the Lake District, Cumbria, along a Roman Road that leads to Scotland which is now the A7 and is the tourist route to Edinburgh. Also known as the Reviers Route for cycling and is the main cycling route for Lands End to John O'Groats. The Glen Bed and Breakfast Carlisle is set in two acres and is an ideal base for tours to the Lake District and Scottish Borders.
The Glen Bed and Breakfast Carlisle is a single story long house cottage and very spacious inside, typical of the many dotted around Scotland. The Glen bed and breakfast Carlisle is run by Nigel and Karen who aim to make your stay as plesant as possible. Breakfast is served between 7am - 10am. There is a wide selection of home produced and local fresh foods to cater for all tastes, along with our freerange eggs, you won't find a better breakfast to start the day.
